A well‑established Indian restaurant in Matlock, Derbyshire is recruiting a skilled Indian Head Chef to lead the kitchen and deliver authentic, high‑quality Indian cuisine.

Package

• £25,000 salary

• 5 days per week

• Straight shifts

• Live‑in accommodation available (fees apply)

Role

• Lead daily kitchen operations with confidence and consistency

• Produce authentic Indian dishes across tandoor, curry, and regional specialities

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation, and food quality

• Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen systems

• Train and support junior chefs

Requirements

• Strong background in Indian cuisine at Head Chef or Senior Chef level

• Ability to run a clean, efficient, well‑organised kitchen

• Passion for authentic flavours and consistent quality

• Reliable, professional, and team‑focused
