Description
We are looking for an experienced head chef to lead our team in a busy brunch café.
32-38 hours per week
Must be flexible with availability during the week
Day time shifts between 7am and 5pm.
Shift rotation allows at least 1 weekend day off each week.
Weekly pay
Share of tips
28 days paid holiday
Preference give to those with relevant experience
Responsibilities to include:
menu development & costing
liaising with suppliers
maintaining stock levels
maintaining FSA records
staff training
Successful candidates will be invited for a short interview followed by a 2 hour (paid at min wage) working trial.
