What we’re looking for
We are searching for an experienced Chef (sushi / poke / fast casual background) to join our small team.
Responsibilities:
Preparing poke bowls, sushi rolls, and sides to a high standard
Ensuring consistency in taste, speed and presentation
Managing prep work and kitchen organisation
Training & supervising junior staff (when needed)
Maintaining hygiene and safety standards
Requirements:
Experience in sushi / poke / fast casual kitchen
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Attention to detail and presentation
English – basic communication level is enough
