Chef de Partie - Independent Kitchen - Kensington£14-£15 per hour (including tronc) Full-time | Monday-Friday | No weekends
Tired of working late nights and weekends? This is a rare Monday-Friday Chef de Partie role in the heart of Kensington. Join a long-established independent kitchen with a strong reputation for fresh, seasonal cooking and a loyal following.
You'll be part of a small, stable brigade led by a Head Chef who's been at the helm for over 20 years - a supportive mentor who values creativity and consistency. The menu is European-inspired, with everything made fresh and room for you to contribute ideas for specials and dishes.
The Role: * Take ownership of your section in a calm, organised kitchen. * Deliver fresh, seasonal food to a consistently high standard. * Work typical day shifts (9am-4pm) or evening shifts (4pm-11pm). * Enjoy a set Monday-Friday rota - giving you evenings and weekends back.
Perks & Benefits: * No weekend shifts - a true work-life balance. * Uniform and meals on duty. * Seasonal menus with creative input encouraged. * Long-term growth in a loyal, stable team.
This is perfect for a reliable, passionate chef looking for quality of life without sacrificing quality of food.
