Chef de Partie / Experienced Line Cook – Immediate Start
The Espy, Portobello, Edinburgh
£13.50–£15.00 per hour DOE - weekly pay plus equal share of tips.
Sunday to Wednesday | 38–40 hours per week
Busy seaside kitchen looking for a solid Chef de Partie / experienced line cook to join the team immediately.
kitchen assistant part time needed as well.
Main role is starters & dessert plating, so you must be confident running your own section, staying organised and handling a busy service.
Looking for someone who:
• Has solid kitchen experience
• Can work fast and clean under pressure
• Turns up, gets stuck in and works well with the team
• Has the right attitude and takes pride in the job
• Is happy to train across all kitchen sections over time
