Description
Stunning high-back egg chair from the late 60s/early 70s with original tan leather and a teak swivel-and-tilt base.
A genuine, rare mid-century classic that works with any décor and super comfy to sit or recline in.
Condition: 6/10
- Leather is clean, soft, no sagging. One small seam split easily fixed where thread has come undone (see photos)
- Swivel works perfectly
- Tilt is functional, could do with tightening
- Base had a past repair (shown), could benefit from a refresh
These chairs restored sell online for £800–£1,000, so it’s a great find if you’re into retro pieces or light restoration.
