New boiler installation from £1750

I recently moved into a new home and discovered some unsettling issues with the water cylinder. I contacted Relight Gas Solutions based purely on the excellent reviews initially and the different services that they offered. From the moment I spoke with Daniel, I was not disappointed. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely keen to help. After I sent over some photos, Daniel immediately recognised the urgency and arranged to come out and inspect the issues. Daniel arrived on time, clearly explained the defects, and went out of his way to return the very next day to carry out the work. Once again, he arrived promptly and got to work immediately. Both Daniel and his colleague Luke were extremely professional, knowledgeable, tidy, and quick to offer effective solutions. The standard of the workmanship was second to none—absolutely fantastic. In fact, I had a separate engineer inspecting the boiler at the same time, and Daniel and Luke were able to explain exactly what was wrong. The boiler engineer was clearly impressed by their depth of knowledge and also commented on the high standard of the work they had just completed, particularly the pipework. True to their word, Daniel and Luke returned the following day to fix a broken U-bend in our utility room, completing yet another outstanding job. If you are looking for a professional, reliable, and trustworthy engineer, look no further—you will not be disappointed. There’s clearly a reason why there are so many great reviews. We already have additional jobs lined up for them, as we wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Daniel is dedicated, takes immense pride in his work, and consistently delivers exceptional results. Daniel came in and refitted a burst pipe due to frozen weather conditions in January, came out with no fuss and sorted it all for us. Cleaned all the mess and took it away. Excellent job

I contacted Relight Gas Solutions after my boiler failed to repressurise and developed a leak. They came out the same day, tried everything to resolve it, and clearly explained each step of the process, including when parts were needed. They went above and beyond by even returning out of hours to get the boiler fully fixed. The fee was very reasonable for the amount of work carried out. I would definitely recommend them.

Danny carried out a thorough inspection of my boiler, completed the service, and provided an updated gas safety certificate. He arrived exactly when he said he would—which isn’t always the case with tradespeople—and worked efficiently, honestly, and at a fair price. Overall, the service was excellent.
