I had my Vaillant ecoTEC Plus 831 combi boiler, serviced and later replaced with a Vaillant ecoTEC Plus 832 combi boiler by BeFix Company at the end of September 2025. On a personal level, Mr Vahid Karami was very polite, respectful, and professional in his manner, which I appreciated. However, there were several concerns regarding the service provided: 1. I had to specifically request an invoice, and when it was provided, it lacked detail. It only showed the total amount charged, with no breakdown of labour, parts, or services. 2. The engineer appeared to lack sufficient knowledge and experience with installing the Vaillant ecoTEC Plus 832 combi boilers. He had to return because the boiler was not correctly connected to the thermostat. As he was unable to resolve the issue properly, he installed a new thermostat of noticeably low quality instead. 3. The overall cost of the service and boiler installation was significantly higher than typical market prices for similar work. While the engineer was polite, the lack of technical expertise, transparency in billing, and high cost were disappointing and affected my overall experience.
