I first encountered Gavin in June 2024 when he began work refurbishing my bathroom. Although the work took a couple of days longer and was spread over two weeks instead of one His sudden departure without completing the finishing work was a surprise but having built up a good rapport with Gavin and as the bathroom was functioning satisfactorily I was not concerned. It is now mid September and the finishing work is still not done. Interspersed with long periods of complete silence Gavin offers various excuses and promises to come and complete the work but does not turn up Added to which he owes me £250 for materials not provided. As he has not now met my final deadline I have terminated his agreement with me I am very disappointed with Gavins unprofessional behaviour. Christine Kerr.
