Description
Stunning, original 1950s/1960s Mid-Century Modern "flying saucer" shape glass ceiling light shade. Features a beautiful white glass base with space-age red radiating lines and a sharp red and black diamond geometric pattern around the rim.
This is a shallow bowl glass shade designed to mount flat against the ceiling or hang as a pendant lamp using a standard central rod fixture.
28.5 cm (marked "285" at the center)
This is the glass shade only -no ceiling gallery or electrical wiring elements are included. Some signs of wear n tear vintage.
Perfect replacement glass for a restoration project or a custom DIY pendant light - once restoration completed these lights can sell for £350-£500.
