Special home required for 2 Adult sibling ginger cats.

A very patient, understanding and caring home required for 2 Adult ginger cats which are brother and sister.

These cats were part of a group of 9 kittens over 3 litters that were rescued from not the best start in life.

Have been advertised beforehand but due to many time wasters have not yet found a good home..

The siblings were the only two of their litter and the bond between brother and sister is strong so they require a home which enables them to stay together.

The siblings will be 2yrs old in May this year, they have had microchip and vaccinations..
The male is neutered, the female is yet to be so..
They have both been house cats since in my care and are both very clean and litter box trained..and I use Catsan Hygiene Plus.

If they are to go outside an additional vaccination will be required and preferably a catio or quiet safe countryside / enclosed garden and surrounding area..rather than a built up area with roads...

The female has a very sweet nature, she is a quiet cat and loves to cuddle up on your lap..however she is a bit of a foodie if not monitored .

The male will require additional care, he is prone to biting and chewing foreign objects be it your window blinds, zips on clothes and cushions, shoe laces etc.. so needs a watchful eye that he does not swallow items..He is on a different diet as his body does not absorb nutrients as well so he is currently on concept for life gastrointestinal biscuits, hes not so keen on the meat pouches however he would not object to a little cooked chicken or white fish...as a little extra protein...in moderation.
He can get a little skinny at times so I add a sachets of Purina Pro Plan Fortiflora Feline Probiotic from time to time. He loves this sprinkled on his biscuits and he thrives on this and it gives him a good coat and weight but these are things to bare in mind if considering adopting these two as it will be an additional expense.

Would be more beneficial perhaps if they go to a home with no children or additional pets..have never encountered children and I feel would prefer to be the centre of attention from their humans.

They enjoy cat scratching posts and cat trees, they both enjoy being up high..you may spot them on top of your fridge freezer...and they are both very inquisitive, playful and want to be around their human companions and interact...
Both are good in cat travel cages also.

I have put an overall price on these Cats for the simple reason they do need and deserve to go to a good home which will be understanding of them and their requirements and love and care for them as this will be life long care...The price is a reflection of this therefore will not let them go to just any home..
