I have great hope that the little ones are going to wonderful people and that they'll repay them with great love and affection. Mom was a stray kitten. From what I've heard, children played with her and then abandoned her. Then she had a home for about a month and then ended up back on the streets. It took me a long time to tame her; I still can't pet her. I don't think touch has a positive association for her. But even though she was a street cat, she has a good personality. She doesn't show aggression, doesn't hiss, or scratch, just gets a little scared sometimes (I see progress every day). She trusts me completely with the little ones. She likes living with me so much, especially in the winter, that she adopted and brought home a 4-5-month-old kitten. They are now inseparable, side by side. The money for the kittens will help me with vet costs. I'd like to domesticate them further and find these two a loving home.
