Jellybean & Saffy - bonded pair. They are great with dogs!

Two absolutely stunning half Domestic Shorthair, half Maine Coon, young healthy and playful cats. Brother and sister bonded pair. I can share photos of their Mum, Uncles and kitten photos from the lady who I rescued them from.

Jellybean is a mackerel tabby with white boy. Incredible markings.
Saffy is a beautiful blue (light grey) with white girl.
Their mum is a long haired Maine Coon. Dad unknown but must have short hair 😉 Ooops!

I took in this family of five cats that urgently needed a home. (Their owner had to move to a flat that did not allow pets). It included these two, their mum and two of their huge uncles. I gave their mum to my good friend as she is just a one person cat and is loving life.

I adore these two cuties but I think they can’t shine with their big bossy uncles and other cats here. They don’t get enough human interaction for cuddles, fuss and play as their uncles barge in. They adore dogs! Cat friendly dogs obviously but it is so sweet.

They are shy with new people so they would need a room to themselves at first (like most cats do) and given time to get to know and trust you.

They use a litter tray. Perfectly clean and always stunning. Colours, markings and eyes are exceptional. They love sleeping by the log burner or to hog the radiator. They will sit beside you rather than on your knee. Or on the back of the sofa by your head! (They would love to sleep on your bed but that’s not critical.)

They use a catflap and love to roam outside. Must not live near a busy road. Not safe for any cat. They would love another rural setting and will definitely sort any Mickey mice out! They are a lovely mixture of hardy happy to explore outdoors and clean playful pretty indoor darlings.

They eat dry and wet food. Jellybean is a piggy so it needs monitoring. Saffy is a dainty dolly.

I have had them spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, worm and flea treatments. Vet checked at last vaccination and both are in excellent health.

They will come with some of their favourite foods and three months flea and worm treatments. I would prefer they go together. It would be nice for them. May consider separating for exceptional homes.

They are brilliant with dogs!! If you have a cat friendly dog they will love them! I would not recommend a home with children. It would not be good for them or the children as I think they would be frightened and hide. This is a very quiet house despite multiple cats and two dogs. They need a calm household with a large garden or a farm! Preferably an experienced cat person who will understand the patience needed to settle cats into a new environment. These darlings need to shine in a household with no other cats. They will have a much better life without other cats taking the limelight. They have a lot of love to give.

Please email explaining what you can offer them. I won’t let them go to just anyone. It would be brilliant if they were local but not essential.

I look forward to meeting another crazy cat person. These are ideal for someone who wants young cats but not the chaos of kittens or the huge expense of all the initial vet costs.
