Meet Mia
We are looking for a loving, responsible, permanent home for our beautiful pedigree Persian cat, Mia. She is 7 years old, and has the wonderfully sweet, calm, and affectionate personality typical of the Persian breed.
Vaccinations: Due
Microchipped: Yes
Neutered/Spayed: Yes
Health Check: Healthy, up to date with flea and worming treatments
Special Care Requirements (Please Read Before Inquiring)
Persian cats are a high-maintenance breed. Mia requires an owner who has the time and willingness to commit to daily care:
Daily Brushing & Grooming: Persians have a dense double coat that mats very easily. She requires thorough daily brushing to keep the coat healthy and mat-free, along with regular bathing and periodic hygiene trims.
Daily Facial & Eye Cleaning: Due to their flat facial structure (brachycephalic features), Persians produce natural eye discharge. Their eyes need gently wiping daily with a soft damp cloth/cotton pad to prevent tear staining and skin irritation.
Mia does enjoy being outdoors and does not like being kept indoors all day.
Due to a recent move paperwork/ documentation was lost.
Unfortunately due to a recent change in family circumstances, it is with a heavy heart that we are looking to rehome our sweet Mia. With our current situation, we simply no longer have the time to give her the daily care, grooming, and attention she truly deserves.
