An almost 5-Year-Old Cat Looking for a Loving Home.

We are looking for a kind and caring home for our cat, Filip, who was born in November 2021. We will provide all his food which is a few months worth of a supply and his bed, litter box and toys.

Unfortunately, our family situation has recently changed. I have gone away to university, my sister will also be leaving for university in September, and our dad works away from home Monday to Friday. Because of this, Filip will soon be spending most of his time alone, which is something he struggles with.
Filip is a gentle, calm indoor cat with a very sweet nature. He has never bitten or scratched anyone and is not aggressive. He enjoys being around people and loves to quietly accompany whatever is happening in the house. He likes to watch, sit nearby, and simply be a part of everyday life.
He is not a typical “lap cat” who wants constant cuddles. He enjoys being stroked on his own terms and keeps a bit of a distance, but he truly values company. What he dislikes most is being alone, as it makes him quite stressed.
Filip lives mostly indoors. Sometimes he goes outside briefly, but he usually comes back very quickly and prefers staying inside.
We are looking for a home where someone is around most of the time. A household with other calm animals. We imagine a company including patient dogs could be suitable. Ideally, it would be a home where Filip can have companionship throughout the day.
This is not an urgent rehoming. My sister will only be leaving in September, so we have time to find the right family and help Filip adjust slowly.
We live in Stowmarket, and it is very important to us that Filip finds a loving, understanding home where he will be safe, cared for, and never feel lonely.
