15 week old female ragdoll cat rehome

Unfortunately I am looking to rehome my 15 week old blue point ragdoll Athena.

We have had her since she was 8 weeks old and after weeks of trying my best it has come to light that, to be completely honest I just can’t seem to handle being a pet mum.

She’s a beautiful girl, loves to sleep in bed with you, both on her blanket on top of the covers or under the covers down by your feet.
She unfortunately despite being a ragdoll is not much of a lap cat and absolutely hates being picked up, not an exaggeration I’m afraid, she will nibble on your hand until you put her down (no she does not draw blood or anything dramatic like that) though this may be something she grows out of as she gets older, but she does love to be sat near you and will follow you everywhere and is quite vocal and very playful

Though she was brought up with dogs and older children when we got her, we do not have either so will probably been to be re introduced to them slowly though we will not let her go to a home with young children as she very much likes her own space and does not like to be constantly petted.

We live in the city centre so she is used to most noises, she’s also ok with fans, hairdryers (as long as not on full) and such but bless her is scared of the hoover,

Her ears, tail and paws are fully desensitised, she will let you lift her lips up to see her teeth for a few seconds but not much longer, but does not like you actually opening her mouth,
Will let you trim her nails and trim her toe pad fluff but only while she is sleeping,

Please bare in mind ragdolls are indoor cats only and should not be outside unsupervised.

She has unfortunately had not a great start with food, she has seen a vet and we’ve been told she has a very sensitive tummy, and has been on medication and special food for a month but is now on normal food so please do not switch her food anytime soon and it must be done very slowly, she is also having probiotics every day to help with this, you can buy them yourself from PetsAtHome for something like £25 for 30 days supply, the vet is confident she should grow out of it by around her first birthday.

She will come fully vaccinated and microchipped but we will of course change the details over,
she is booked in to be neutered at the start of September, hence the wait for her to leave so breeders don’t bother.

She will come with all her toys, bowls, food, litter and box, carriers, cat tree, and everything else she has, we only ask for £800 as it is the price we paid for her and we want to make sure she goes to a home we are 100% sure can afford to look after her and give her the very best life she can have.
Please be prepared to answer a few questions as we will only let her go to the very best home as make no mistake she is very loved, this decision was not made lightly.
