Description
My daughter is reluctantly selling her lovely coffee trailer/prosecco bar. She’s only been trading a year and its been brilliant but unfortunately her circumstances have changed and she needs to sell her. This is a ready to go high margin business and a fantastic opportunity for somebody to have a ready made business with everything included eg coffee machine, grinder, knock box, cake stand, soup kettle, menu boards & LPG gas bottle and a new folding Bistro set of a table & 2 Chairs and a dual fuel 6kw generator.
All ready to go all you need is insurance and a car to tow it, plus a drinks licence if you want to combine Prosecco/Gin
The trailer is a professionally converted twin axel Rice Horse Box weighing 1150KG
The counters are beautiful reclaimed oak wood. Tyres are good with a new spare on the side. It has hydraulic struts on the hatches and a 15amp electric hook up socket.
There are electric lights & sockets throughout including 2 external lanterns plus a double sink equipped with an electric hot water system and waste. There is a side hatch for serving as well as a rear serving hatch. Shelving under the counter for storage etc There are also two undercounter drinks fridges and a hot water dispenser.
It has a commercial Conti CC100: Compact 2-group coffee machine known as an all-around classic professionally installed by St Martins Coffee Roasters in Leicester who also supply their fantastic coffee beans etc. Plus a commercial Eureka Zenith on-demand coffee grinder. It also has a 5 star food rating.
You can tow it behind a car and it comes with a wheel lock and hitch lock plus the trailer locks as well. There is also a hardly used 6kw generator for pitches without electric which is dual fuel ie petrol & LPG. (some councils don’t let you use petrol) Full gas cylinder included.
