Travelling Food & Beverage Manager - £90K - Immediate!
We are looking to recruit a highly polished Food and Beverage Manager to work in Central London. This candidate will need to manage and lead the Butler and Chef teams working for a private family. Responsible for all dining events, planning and stock management, we are seeking someone who has either come from another private house doing a similar role or a luxury 5 star hospitality environment. A strong understanding of fine dining, global cuisines and luxury food service.
This role involves travel abroad, working out of different residencies globally. Lots of management of large scale events required.
