Description
We are looking for a friendly, polished, and customer-focused Waiter Waitress to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the face of the restaurant, welcoming and serving customers with a positive and professional attitude.
Serve food from the hot food display unit.
Assist at the till, handling both cash and card payments and accurately keeping track of transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house area.
Deal with minor customer complaints and escalate more complex issues to the management team when required.
Replenish the drinks fridge and monitor stock levels, including drinks, condiments, and food items from the hot food display unit.
Ensure a thorough and clear handover is completed with the evening team at the end of each shift.
Working Hours
12:00pm to 8:00pm, Monday to Wednesday
Hours may be subject to slight change and will be agreed through discussion
