Fantastic service in end of tenancy cleaning, both Lucy and Emma worked hard to bring the flat to a very high cleaning standards, with their help, we were able to receive all of our deposits back. Prior to cleaning appointment. I had a few communications with Emma, she helped collect the keys and drop the keys back. The communication was smooth and they are willing to go extra miles to help. I would highly recommend their service if you want your deposits back x

Emma & Lucy were so friendly, helpful & accommodating. They came & did a clean for me at short notice, they were great to talk to, asked me about my requirements, didn't mind the dogs & did a great job. I was really pleased & it took alot of pressure off me, I cannot thank them enough & would highly recommend them. Thank you Luma. x

I had booked them for a DEEP clean. They said they would clean in every cupboard; on arrival they asked if I wanted them to clean in the cupboards. They did not even move small pieces of furniture in order to vacuum behind them. Alright for ordinary cleaning but not for deep cleaning.

The Luma cleaning team did a deep clean for us as we moved in to a new house. The place was left sparkling and smelling lovely - we're very happy with the service and would recommend.
