Used a few times but I don't need it anymore as I am moving out.
Comes with all the accessories (new and never used ones), is fully boxed (fully cleaned) and in plastic film protection. + About 1 liter of Platinum Antibacterial carpet cleaning solution as well.
Nothing to buy additional: just plug-in and go. Still on warranty, as it comes with 6 years warranty (registered on my name).
