Carpentry and Joinery

We couldn’t be happier with the work Brin did for us. He built a beautiful custom bar unit for our lounge that completely exceeded our expectations — he took our idea and turned it into something even better than we imagined. He also did panelling in our hallway, which looks so perfect it feels like it’s always been there, and made some custom drawers that are both practical and beautifully finished. Everything was completed quickly, tidily, and at a very fair price. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding. Highly recommend!

Really positive experience with Brin who built some fitted wardrobes with sliding mirror doors and a dressing table area for me. He was polite, tidy and professional and worked around my hectic schedule with no issues. When I decided to change the layout later he fit me in around other jobs and did a really great job of sorting out what I needed done. He’s open and transparent with quotes and costs and was really keen that I be happy with the completed work. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and am already planning other jobs for him to do myself.

It has been a great pleasure to watch a craftsman at work. Brin has built two fitted wardrobes for us and hall cupboard with some very awkward angles. He also moved an internal door for us.The overall fit and standard of workmanship is excellent , he is a very tidy worker and cleaned up everyday before leaving. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

We would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend Brin and are planning to use Owen Built many more times in the future. Brin designed and built bespoke closets and a daybed for our loft, beautiful cupboards for our family bath, a bespoke bookshelf for our living room and a full mud/boot room for us! Our house has been so enhanced by his high quality work. Excellent value of the quality. Also, a super nice guy (I think our dog will miss him most of all!).

Brin did a fantastic job building a bespoke coat/shoe storage cupboard, coving and wardrobe doors for us.
