We had an existing restaurant in West London and needed a shop fitting and refurbishment done quickly. The main priority for us was reducing downtime and reopening as soon as possible, as we were still paying rent during the works. We were looking for a contractor who could start almost immediately, and luckily Vivanta were available and able to mobilise very fast, which was a big plus. The space itself wasn’t very large and had some L-shaped areas with limited natural light, so Tim suggested using glass partitions and mirrors to open it up visually, which worked really well. They covered everything— glass and mirrors, joinery, tiling, electrics, HVAC and all associated works — so we didn’t have to coordinate multiple trades. Communication was clear, the project was organised, and the restaurant was refurbished within a timeframe. Overall, a solid experience and a company we’d recommend.

These guys did a great job, honestly beyond our expectations. Really impressed with the Edwardian L-shaped wardrobe project. The design, fabrication, delivery, and installation were all handled seamlessly. The sprayed finish looks amazing, and the team were professional, tidy, and courteous throughout.
