med promising. The manager was friendly and professional, providing a prompt quote at a very competitive price. Unfortunately, I now realize that you get what you pay for. When the installers arrived, they were unprofessional—messy and loud throughout the process. They caused significant damage to my walls and skirting, and their attempts to fix it were sloppy at best. Once the wardrobe was installed, I noticed it was left in a dirty and dusty condition, with pencil marks and measurement lines still visible inside where they had cut. The wardrobe itself is functional but riddled with mistakes that suggest the installer lacks experience. For example, the hanging rods are placed too low, and the drawers are too high, leaving little usable space for hanging clothes. Shorts and trousers don’t fit properly and end up creased because they have to bend at the bottom. I contacted the manager to address these issues, specifically asking for the rods to be adjusted higher. However, after three months, I’m still waiting for a response or resolution. Overall, I would not recommend this company. While the price may be tempting, it’s worth investing a little more for someone with the expertise to deliver a wardrobe that is practical, well-finished, and professionally installed.
