Description
We are looking for a kind, trustworthy and reliable female to provide overnight support to my elderly mother in her own home.
Working hours: 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., 5 nights per week
Main duties:
Providing companionship and reassurance during the night
Monitoring the lady’s wellbeing and assisting when required
Helping with mobility and personal care, where necessary
Preparing light meals and drinks
Carrying out light household duties
Keeping the home clean, safe and comfortable
Informing the family of any concerns
Requirements:
Must be able to speak Urdu or Hindi
A good understanding of South Asian culture is desirable
Caring, patient, respectful and dependable
Previous experience caring for an elderly person is preferred but not essential
Must have the legal right to work in the UK
References and a DBS check will be carried out
