About Lilies Care:

Lilies Care is a newly set up service providing high quality, person-centred home care (domiciliary) services to elderly people within Glasgow, Renfrewshire and East Renfrewshire.

Our office is based in Clydebank.

About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to provide outstanding, high quality care to service users in the following areas:

Knightswood, Glasgow

At Lilies Care, we make your working day easier with structured shift patterns and flexible hours. You will know your rota in advance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Deliver high quality care to service users.

Assist service users in various aspects of their daily life including meal preparation and intake, personal care, medication management and general domestic support.

Support service users to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care.

Recording and reporting daily visits accurately in care plan.

Report/escalate any irregularities to service manager.

Complete mandatory training courses to stay up to date with continuing professional development, and to maintain high quality care for the service users.

Right to work in the UK
