Female Support Worker / Personal Assistant Wanted

Description

We are looking for a kind, cheerful and reliable support worker to assist a delightful non-verbal, PEG-fed wheelchair user who loves being outdoors and making the most of life.

No previous experience is necessary — the most important thing is having a caring nature, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to make her happy and comfortable.

She especially enjoys:

- Walks and being outdoors

- Face to face interaction

- Friendly companionship

- Fun days out and activities

Although she is non-verbal, she has a wonderful personality and communicates in her own way, so we are looking for someone patient, attentive and happy to build a meaningful connection with her.

The role includes:

- Providing personal support and companionship

- Supporting outings and daily activities

- Supporting PEG feeding (full training can be provided)

- Helping create a happy, relaxed and enjoyable environment

We are looking for someone who is:

- Kind, patient and dependable

- Happy to be active and enjoy the outdoors

- Calm and willing to learn

- Caring, observant and respectful

- Able to work as part of a supportive team

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone’s daily life while building a special connection.

Hours will be every second Saturday and Sunday 10am to 8pm.

You will be paid £15 per hour, pension and holiday pay.
