Also fitted is a FLO SYSTEM which allows you to drain down the water system at any time due to possible frost from November onwards , this only takes about 20 minutes and saves around £60 per drain down in plumbers fees , not only that it means the van can be used all the time as its only ten minutes to reinstate the system, the site is open until January 5th each year and is then closed until March 1st, ( So Christmas and New Year can be spent at the caravan , if required ?? )
This caravan has been VERY well looked after with no children or pets staying. It is situated on a lovely small, quiet, well maintained site in Burgh le Marsh, Lincolnshire. The site has CCTV coverage and barrier security. All the roads are tarmac surfaced and each plot has a double tarmac parking area. The site is situated approx 4 miles from Skegness, also near Gunby Hall - a National Trust property and bordering the Lincolnshire Wolds. The site fees are paid for the full year until March 2027.
