Located on Grantown-on-spey Caravan and Motorhome Club.
The static caravan is a Willerby Rio Gold 2017, 35ft x 12ft, 6 birth.
Gas central heating and double glazed windows and door.
It has 2 bedrooms.
1 double bedroom with a kingsize ottoman bed for extra storage, large double wardrobe, ensuite bathroom.
Second bedroom has 2 single beds (never used)
Lounge area has a double bed nestled in the sofa.
Seating area in the lounge/dining area has storage.
Kitchen is spacious and a one kitchen cupboard unit removed for washing/dishwasher use.
Both bathrooms have had new toilet seats fitted.
Outdoor area has a large decking and recently had a private extended garden area added as seen in the pictures.

Drive to front of decking.
The caravan is situated on the private area of the site.
Very quite, with lovely neighbours.
The site is open 12 month of the year.
Yearly site fees are £3,584.69
There are additional fees during winter if visited which can be seen on the caravan site website.
Grantown is a 5 minute walk from the site and has plenty shops and restaurants.
If you love the outdoors there is plenty to see and do ie hiking, walking, forest, hills as seen in pictures and everything is just at the back of the site.
Aviemore is a 20 minute drive
Inverness is a 45 minute drive
Grantown has bus links to both of these and many more areas surrounding.
We only bought our holiday home summer 2024 and are devastated to sell but for personal reasons it isn't a choice.
