Warranty:
New static caravans are sold with the manufacturers 12 month warranty.

Used caravans are sold without warranty in the condition they are viewed in. These are used items often over 10 years old and as a result may be worn or damaged in some areas, in keeping with their age. Inspection before purchase/payment is therefore essential.

Terms and Conditions:
Our Second-hand caravans are disconnected when they are collected from our suppliers and as such appliances and systems are untested and require commissioning by a suitably qualified engineer.

These are “Abnormal Loads” they require a police permit, often escort vehicle and are 2-4ft wider than any other HGV on the road and 14ft 6” min high. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused or failure to deliver due to, restrictions in the access to your address. i.e.: Overhanging trees, narrow lanes, gateways etc. Pictures or a video of access before full payment is advised, as refunds for insufficient access are not available. As a guide your property access needs to be a minimum of 2ft wide than your chosen caravan.

“Free Delivery” is up to 100 miles from our offices, by lorry and does not include the final position by Land Rover, Jack & Levelling (Siting)

"Free Delivery" We will deliver as near to your site as the lorry can access, whilst remaining on paved roads/ground.

“Caravan Siting” is an additional cost and covers the labour only to site the unit. Clients need to provide the materials. This will be 16 solid concrete blocks and 8 stands for a static caravan and 32 blocks and 16 stands for a twin unit. We do sell caravan stands at our Horsham yard, however due to their size and weight, the blocks will need to be purchased from your local builder merchant and typically cost £1.50 each. Caravans are only on very small wheels and weigh 4 or more tons. As a result we cannot move a caravan over soft ground such as fields outside of dry seasons. We can board small areas of ground or soft grass but not exceeding 40ft in width.
