The Park is four miles from Malton and Castle Howard and within easy reach of the market towns of Helmsley and Pickering and the East Coast with the fishing villages of Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay and seaside towns of Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough.

The Lodge is in immaculate condition, as it has only been used for occasional stays.
