1991 Van Royce 435ET – a beautifully preserved example of a true classic.

Van Royce were known in their day as “the Rolls-Royce of caravans”, and the build quality still speaks for itself. This caravan was barn stored from new in a coastal location until 2021 and has been exceptionally well cared for throughout its life.

In 2021 it was professionally fully stripped and resealed as a precaution to ensure it remained completely watertight (£3,200). It has since been used as a dry, comfortable home office on 240V hook-up.

It is dry, solid and in remarkably original condition for its age.

Blinds are flyscreen + blackout and function, though springs are not as strong as when new. One small nick in a flyscreen, One small nick in a blind. Original glass light shades are included (currently stored safely).
