Condition
• No water ingress – no damp or mould on walls/ceilings.
• All electrics, gas and water systems working (see honest jobs below).
• Fixed double bed + front lounge makes a double (4 berth). Easy to tow (single axle).

Known jobs (hence the price)
• Heating works perfectly on electric; gas ignition/spark needs repair.
• Kitchen and bathroom taps need replacing. Kitchen tap not working properly; bathroom tap has started to leak — replace before use.
• Shower tray previously repaired (small cracks). Usable, but best to replace if you plan a refurb.
• One sofa base needs a small wood repair.
