Here is our caravan which is onsite used as a wardens van, its well used so dont expect a new van, I'll be as honest as I can and add more pictures when I get chance, NOTE: this van is not available to take away until the 18th Sept at the earliest as it will still be in use, viewing is also ok before this time, we purchased off the previous wardens. GOOD POINTS: everything works apart from the blow heater which was removed and replaced with an electric stand alone one, fridge works, oven, microwave, shower and water heater works on gas and electric, also has an external gas point for BBQ, I will include everything apart from a water waste master which I dont have. BAD POINTS: cushion back rests are soft and there is a missing bed support but all works fine, all blinds work but have a few small pins holes but black out day light fine, boiler has no outer insulation cover under the seat, but has never bothered us guess its just not as insulated as it should be, there's a few bits of damage inside like a small hole in worktop, some material has delaminated from cupboards etc which I have mostly repaired, its aesthetics really which doesn't detract from its use, its been pitched for 4 years and not moved so brakes maybe a little stuck, all towing electrics checked recently and working, the previous warden screwed a lot of stuff to the side of the van which have been removed and filled with sealer but has NO LEAKS! It has a few external holes too on the rear which I've also filled and dont leak, the van also had a soft floor by the main door which is a common fault on these vans, its not damp its just where the wood delaminates from the storalean in the floor, I have repaired with resin, the flooring is now covered with a matt and will not fail as its set solid, some of the windows had also started to separate but have been glued and now OK, the van does look worn but is usable and we have had a happy 6 months in it, it is a 4 berth with a bed which is made up on the front and a bunk bed which is made up from the side seats, we do have the ladders but do not have a top bunk matress, internal table also included which folds up and stores in a cupboard, I will throw in a gas bottle too but can't guarantee how much gas it'll have, I would say its a clean van just well used, You will need to contact me as the van is sited in Marazion Cornwall and I will be selling from there or if its not sold before the 21st Sept I will be towing it back to the midlands the week after and sell it from there, see the pictures so far and I will add more later.
