The caravan is a 2-bedroom (6-berth) model and comes with double glazing and built-in electric heating. It’s priced at £26,995 which includes site fees for the remainder of 2025, the park’s transfer fee, and new gas & electric safety certificates. It's in excellent used condition and has never been rented out or lived in, and is only being sold because it’s not being used much.

The caravan is sited on the Meadowside area of the park which is at the top of the park and has the cheapest fees on park at £6,295. The park would sell something like this for over £30,000 so we feel it’s fantastic value for someone. The park runs a 10 month season and have no age limits for the caravans on-site, and you can rent this caravan out to offset the running costs. Most of the nearby caravans are privately owned, and there’s parking directly in front of the caravan.

The lounge has a spacious L-shaped built-in sofa (with a pull-out sofa-bed), dual-aspect windows, a large wall unit with a TV stand, various shelves, and a feature electric fire. Formerly known as Allhallows, this re-vamped holiday park has a prime position overlooking the Thames estuary towards Southend. It is just 1/2 hour away from the M25, but feels like a real countryside location. The park has a 10 month season (including being open for Christmas and New Year). The park facilities have recently been upgraded with a new clubhouse, a new Wetherspoons, a re-vamped yacht club, new takeaway restaurants, and a new Adventure Village for children. Plans are underway for a new swimming complex. The park also has a fishing lake, nightly entertainment, arcades, sports court, 24hr security, and a great grounds team that keeps the park tidy. There's also an active owners team who organise events.
