I DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT CARAVANS I TOOK THIS IN PART EXCHANGE A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO,ITS A 2007 4 BIRTH WITH A FIXED BED,IT HAS A FULL OVEN WITH SEPERATE GRILL AND THE HOB HAS 3 GAS RINGS AND 1 ELECTRIC RING,CASSETTE TOILET AND SHOWER,TV,2 AQUA ROLLS,1 WASTE WATER TANK,HOOK UP LEAD AND A STEP,THERES ALSO A LOT OF PAPERWORK WITH IT AS WELL,I HAD SOMEONE FIT NEW BREAK SHOES IN IT BUT HE FORGOT TO ADJUST THE HAND BREAK BUT I THINK IT SHOULD BE OK,THERES A FEW LITTLE MARKS WHERE THINGS HAVE FALLEN OUT OF CUPBOARDS,AND THE FIRE WILL NEED LOOKED AT IM NOT GOING TO TOUCH IT IM NOT A GAS SAFE ENGINEER,I HAVE PRICED IT AT A SENSIBLE PRICE AFTER LOOKING WHAT OTHERS ARE PRICED AT IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE EMAIL THANKS.FORGOT TO MENTION IT ALS HAS A SOLAR PANEL ON THE ROOF AND A BATTARY.
