We are selling our Swift Bordeaux Exclusive on Haven Reighton Sands which has a fantastic sea view that stretches right over to Filey Brigg ( the pictures don't do the sea view justice).

It is sited in a quiet cul-de-sac at the top of Oakwood with private parking and ramp access to a full wrap around decking with French doors from the lounge to make the most of the sea views and a rattan glass top table with 4 chairs.

The lounge area has a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, footstool and a nest of tables. A 32" smart TV, wi-fi (we use Save9) and a bluetooth speaker system help to make the caravan a home away from home.

There are 3 bedrooms one double with an en-suite toilet/sink and two twins, one of which we currently have set up as a double to suit our needs.

Kitchen with oven/hob, integrated microwave, integrated fridge freezer, kettle, toaster with pans, crockery, cutlery and lots of other kitchen items. Dining table and 4 chairs.

The 2026 site fees are £6440 plus non domestic rates charge £313 and water & sewage charge £463.70.

In excellent condition and used and loved by our family for the last 5 years and has not been rented out during that time.
