I'm Selling for my Dad who has recently had a stroke and is now unable to drive. any question please ask.

For sale is a Sterling Europa 510 2000 family touring caravan, 510 is the 5 berth model but it doesn’t come supplied with its rear bunk so being sold as a 4 berth.
Its a great spacious family caravan, Inside its dry, cosy, clean, the floor is solid under foot, its comfortable and doesn't leak. The front benches convert into a double bed with pull out slats or you can take the chest of drawers out and will make a huge king size bed there is fold out table as the top of the chest of drawers this is great for a cuppa and a game of cards. It also comes supplied with a free standing table as pictured.
The caravan is fitted with a Status Vision Plus Aerial plus Vision Plus digital tv amplifier also a wall mounted TV bracket so you just need to attach your TV and plug it in.
The kitchen area has a gas cooker with large hob, grill & oven. sink with hot & cold mixer tap and drainer plus a large 3 way fridge with freezer compartment. Opposite is the washroom this has hot & cold mixer tap and a pull out handheld shower, sink, bathroom cabinet with mirrored doors and a Thetford cassette toilet with flush the shower tray has been repaired and re-sealed in places.
To the rear is a really comfy dinette. This area converts into a bedroom with sliding partitioning door, large double bed and there is also supports & storage space for a bunk but it doesn’t come supplied with one it has the roll off supports and bunk cushions but not the actual bunk itself, if you wanted it as a five berth they do come up on ebay cheap enough its just a case of bidding your time until one comes up for sale.
The hot water is supplied by a Carver Cascade Rapide water heater it works well and gets lovely and warm. It comes supplied with its external 12V water pump to pump fresh water into the caravan.

The caravan is fitted with a Carver Fanmaster space heater this blows hot or cold air around the caravan via ducting and vents.
It has a 12v system and the interior lights are 12 volt it also has a 240 volt mains electric system inc a RCD breaker & plug sockets and two 240v lights to the front, it comes supplied with a 240v hook up lead.
This great caravan comes supplied with a OLP Prestina 260 awning its not the best as it does have some wear and a repair but it is included.
There is a repair to the the plastic above the rear right towing light and some chips and cracks to the light covers (as pictured) its been like it for some time doesn't affect there use. they are fine as is but very easily replaced if desired. It has good tyres and a Galvanised Alko chassis & Alko stabilising (anti snake) hitch the brakes are working inc the handbrake and it tows really well.

This is a great family caravan but please remember its not new and will show signs of wear and tear, however it is a very presentable modern looking caravan with a great awning that tows great and is ready to use !
