Description
We have a static caravan, which is circa 20 years old, which we have used now for just over 2 years as a holiday let. She is well maintained.
The living room will not include the cushions, seat covers or television. The dining room will not include the cushions, seat covers or table. The shower room will remain as is, the towel rail was new early this year. The double bedroom will include the mattress which is 6 months old. The single bed has a thick piece of foam used as a mattress. All bedding will be removed. There is no oven but we have let it out with an electrical ring for boiling saucepans etc, which the caravan can go with. The chest of drawers in small bedroom will remain. The hot water heater was replaced last year and will remain. The verandah and porch have been removed.
She would be ideal for somebody needing a unit to put on a self build site for accommodation. Collection would be the buyer's responsibility.
