Sited towards the rear of the park, in a quiet spot, away from the glamping pods and touring pitches. The site is called Riverview Holiday Park, Chapel Hill, near Tattershall, Lincolnshire. It has an 11 month occupancy licence (site closed during January, but you can visit and do maintenance as necessary)

The site is well kept with a clubhouse/bar, gym area, pool and children’s play park. The site fees are approximately £3200 per year (paid up until December 31st this year) water is included in this fee, gas is supplied by a very helpful/efficient company and electricity supplied to individual pitches with an account managed easily online.

The caravan is 20 years old, this site has no upper age limit, as long as it is kept in good order. The pitch is a few steps to the riverside, where you can enjoy watching a variety of wildlife, during all seasons.

The site is within easy reach of Lincoln, Sleaford and Boston and many other places of interest and approximately 40 mins, by car, to Skegness. There are two supermarkets, a post office, baker’s, hairdressers, laundrette, fish and chip shop and more, within a few miles.

Included in the sale is a shed, blinds, ceiling fans, good, clean, metal bed bases, cooker and corner sofa.

Reason for sale: I have enjoyed this hols home/ static caravan for two years, making full use of the facilities. Due to a medical issue I have decided to sell. This is a genuine, private sale with a FIXED price. No tradespeople please. There are several other caravans for sale here, but I offer this at a lower price than these. I’m hoping that the new owners will love it as much as I have. I paid £17,000 for it in August 2024 but have set a realistic price for a no hassle sale.
