Static caravan sited Cockermouth, near to the lakes. The caravan is a 10 ft x 28 ft 2 bedroom, toilet, and shower. The caravan will come with a gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, and tv. There are electric panel heaters in each room and gas fire in the living room. There is decking with a ramp access for wheelchair. The site fees can be payed monthly, the caravan with the agreement of the site owner can be rented out. There are no age limits for caravans if correctly maintained. Please note viewing is not available to the beginning of March.
