Cosalt Eclipse 3 bedroom caravan. Gas central heating and double glazed, doors have fogged but relatively cheap fix. Master ensuite and separate bathroom with wash hand basin, toilet and shower. 2 twins, one currently used as a double but can be changed back to twins. Large decking ready for re-staining but hand rail needs replacing. Living area needs painting and I have the paint here. Club house, play parks for kids. Close to beach. Ill health forces sale.
