Atlas Chorus 2016, this is 35' x 12' with two bedrooms, the master is on-suite with large double wardrobe, dressing table and storage over the bed and wall mounted television at the bottom of the bed, the second bedroom has two single beds with wall mounted storage over the beds and single wardrobe, there is a further main bathroom with a larger shower unit, toilet and sink, this static sleeps up to six people as in the lounge has a pull out double bed beneath the large sofa, the kitchen has a large fridge freezer, microwave, gas stove and plenty of storage cupboards, the lounge is open plan and has a dining table with four chairs, two couches allows enough room to sit 6 people comfortable, the display unit has a television with freesat box and freeview box connected and a dvd player, next to this is a integrated remote controlled electric fire, the static has a combi boiler for the central heating to the radiators and hot water which has a remote room thermostat fitted, this is just inside the main door and next to that is a floor to ceiling cupboard for shoes, coats and cleaning materials, the gas is supplied by two gas bottle at the back side of the static, the electric is by a meter with a top up card which can be topped up at the main office on site, The static benefits from a wrap around wooden decking with two seating areas with the main area being south facing and has a two sockets within a weather sealed box fitted, at the rear side of the static is two storage boxes, the large one has a washing machine fitted, there is a weather sealed electric box with two sockets and the machine is connected to the mains water, there is room for a tumble drier if required. The static is equipped with everything needed to start using it straight away, all you will need is personal equipment, food, bedding and towels.There is ample parking for up to three car on this plot with most plots on site only having room for one car.
The static is situated on Lochlands Caravan park on Dundee Road, Forfar, and has a lovely view of the Cairngorms which can be reached by the A90
This is a quiet park on the outskirts of Forfar, Forfar is only a 5 minute drive from the site with all the main shops within Forfar from the park, The park is within easy reach of Glamis Castle, Dundee , Broughty Ferry, Carnoustie, Arbroath and the Coast.
Outside of the site you can catch the City Link buses to all the major towns and cities.
The site is open for 11 months of the year, the site also lets you use you static as a holiday let so can be used for a extra income. The site fees will be paid for the next year so will not be due until 2027 and will have one full bottles of gas and the other full one has only been started this week. A gas safety certificate will be present and will not be due until 2027.
The only reason we have decided to sell is that a health issue has forced us to give up this lovely static caravan and at present we are still using it. Viewing will be by appointment only. The price is £30000 ovno
