Static two bed caravan sited in North Wales near Mold. One hour drive from Liverpool. Has large garden to
Front and back with view of field. Also includes a summer house and two sheds. Have had for many years and been on site for over 20 years. Upgrading caravan to another on same site hence selling.
Can provide more photos as aware none here of the garden area. Has gates to enter the plot which could be used as car port but we use as additional space and park on main field opposite. Site fees are £1200 twice per year. Likely to include 80% of items in caravan eg fridge,microwave kettle, kitchen items.
