The plot occupied is within one minute of the peaceful riverside, full of wildlife to see and hear. There are approximately 45 to 50 static caravans on the site and camping pods and touring caravan pitches at the top end of the site. The advertised static is at the bottom end of the site in a peaceful spot.

Due to health issues, I am offering my well kept, clean static caravan, owned and enjoyed for two years. The site is well maintained, has a swimming pool and a clubhouse/bar. There are many places to visit nearby, such as Skegness, Lincoln, Horncastle, Tattershall Castle and Tattershall Farm Park. There is a big car boot sale every Saturday approximately 12 miles away in Stickney village and another on a Sunday in another village.

I paid £17, 000 for it in August 2024 and am offering it now for £12,750, hoping to pass it on for another family to enjoy as I have at a good price, compared to others for sale in the area.
