Lightweight and easy to tow
The main unit can be unhitched and set up in around 15 minutes and when not in use folds down and is able to fit inside a standard garage.

• Leisure battery, hook up cable.
• Fresh and waste water carriers.
• Whale 12v water pump.
• Nearly full gas bottle.
• Two large double beds at either end and a further bed can be made out of the seating.
• Zip-up privacy pods on both end beds
• 2 sofa seating areas with lift up side table and further dining table.
• 3 way fridge with small freezer compartment.
• Gas hob (3 ring) oven and grill.
• Truma water heater.
• Thetford cassette toilet and wash basin with hot and cold water.
• Kitchen area sink with hot and cold water.
• External gas point for use to connect gas bbq etc.
• Wardrobe, cupboards and draws for storage as well as under seat storage areas.

Overall it is in good condition for its age. There are signs of wear which can be expected as its a 2002 model. The canvas is fully watertight (it's been in some very heavy rain with no issues at all) the appliances all work as they should and it is ready to be towed away by its new owners to make even more happy memories and great holidays.
