This caravan would be ideal for anyone looking for a comfortable family caravan at Allhallows. It is located on a spacious end-pitch with a hedge along one side, so is ideal for youngsters and pets. It’s in excellent used condition, and is a great size at 39` x 14`. Parking is allowed directly outside. Haven have no age policy on site for the caravans, so you can have plenty of use from it then sell it when you’re ready. 

The caravan has an open-plan layout with a large lounge & kitchen/dining area. There are sliding doors leading onto the decking which has views over the river. The lounge comes with free-standing furniture (a double sofa and 2 armchairs), a feature fireplace with an electric fire, a TV unit, and a coffee table. The owners have also put in a professionally installed air-con/heating unit which is a very economical way to keep the caravan comfortable.
