Im sure its 1991. Bought around a year ago as a project but have not had the time to put the effort in. The old owner removed the toilet for extra kitchen space. They also removed the water tanks to reduce the weight. We have used the gas hob and used some of the lights and sockets most of the lights appear to be working. Their us signs of previous damp at the front. Doesn't appear to be any current leaks but there is a soft area. This is sold as seen. Its a fixer upper for someone with time.
