I am selling my privately owned static caravan for an OFF SITE SALE. It is currently sited on Sirior Bach caravan park in Moelfre, Abergele.

But this sale is for off site, caravan only sale.

This static caravan has 3 bedrooms 1 ,x double and 1x twin and 1 twin has one bed in….
It also has a pull out double sofa bed in the living room….
It had full gas central heating and gas fire in the living room….
Separate single toilet
And full washroom / shower with toilet.

Kitchen consists of full gas oven and hob.

Outside it has a lovely glass decking….
Can be added to the sale of the caravan at an extra cost… if Interested in the decking separately…


I would consider a part ex of a Touring caravan or motorhome….
