Selling our family caravan as the kids are bigger now. Caravanning since 2013 and have owned since 2021MTPLM 1330kg, making it lightweight, and tows well. Fitted with twin fixed beds (with orthopaedic mattresses), front seating becomes a double bed, LED lighting, gas hob & oven, built in microwave, fridge with ice box, full rear washroom with thetford toilet, sink unit and shower cubicle, plenty of storage all throughout, removable carpets, blackout blinds and fly screens to all windows and it has an Alko stabiliser hitch fitted and a chassis wheel lock and a MOTOR MOVER! The van will come will extra equipment / accessories you’ll need to hitch up and go on holiday, this includes 2 aqua rolls, waste master, wastes pipes and adaptors, 20+ litres of pink/blue toilet chemicals, caravan shampoo, hook up lead, hitch lock and wheel clamp, levelling boards / blocks, 2 gas bottles (one is full), hankook leisure battery, leg winder, extension mirrors, spare tyre and carrier, 2 new tyres fitted in 2022, small TV/DVD player, travel kettle, toaster, pans, plates, cups, cutlery! All instruction manuals and spare keys are all present. Additionally, a full size awning, with ground sheet, 12v light, also is a folding cot bed and fully enclosed inner tent which we used to create a sleeping space in awning. Sale also includes a 24hour accessible storage bay at Morrison Ind Est (the old Tyne valley motorhome place) with CCTV and a double gated, coded entry system. Paid in January till the end of year and can be transferred to the new buyers if needed, the rate for 2026 was approx £440. The only negative point is a crack in the shower wall. When we bought the van, there was a crack present then, dealer repaired by creating a border of self adhesive pvc covering and sealing the crack, which to be fair looks ok, but several months later another crack appeared and I made a similar repair using a strong adhesive clear tape, I was going to redo the enclosure, however the effort and work involved was too much and it’s mainly cosmetic, the crack is away from water flow (although sealed from the repairs) the shower is fully functional and the tray is fine. The caravan is at home address, to make viewings easier as there is power so everything can be seen working (we moved house last year, the old house had nowhere to store it, but I kept the storage bay on for another year till new house ready) Overall it’s a nice lightweight, spacious family caravan with loads of extras, motor mover and the bonus of a secure storage bay. Viewings can made from 4pm onwards or anytime on weekends, if you want to view the storage bay, that’s fine also. If you are interested but don’t yet have a tow car or bar fitted, I can tow the van back to the storage bay until you get sorted if needed.
